Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I'm a Molecular Bioscientist inspired by people who turn personal pain into empowered change that improves entire industries. My own journey began with burnout after being a Youth Olympic athlete, which revealed how invisible and under-measured stress really is. That led me to start ReMinded. 2 years ago,I moved alone from Finland to San Francisco without financial stability to pursue it. Whether in athletics or business, success requires a deeper “why.” I’ve found mine.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by two things: the scale of the problem we’re solving and the pursuit of excellence. Mental healthcare still lacks objective biological tools, and millions of people navigate treatment without clear data. My team motivates me every day, working alongside people who bring extraordinary effort and care into everything they do is invaluable. When you show up daily determined to leave everything on the table for something that matters, motivation stops being a question.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25k directly into accelerating ReMinded’s clinical and product milestones. It would support our biosensor development and clinical validation work with Hoag Memorial Hospital as we move toward FDA clearance. For a young medical device company, non-dilutive capital like this has immediate impact, because it shortens the distance between scientific discovery and real clinical use. Every dollar helps bring tangible stress tracking to the patients and clinicians who need it
