Who or what is your inspiration in business?

There are too many names to list, but I’m inspired by the people who’ve built real businesses and took the time to help me along the way. Early on, I had a lot to learn—and still do. The ones who impacted me most didn’t just chase success, they raised the standard. They showed me true leadership isn’t just about your own company, it’s about building people and elevating your entire industry.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started—to build something that lasts and create opportunities for others. There are hard days, but progress comes from showing up anyway. I focus on getting a little better each day, learning from mistakes, and surrounding myself with people who push me to grow. Seeing our team improve and our work make an impact keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 I would invest back into fueling my journey as a father, business owner, leader and entrepreneur and for my 3 sons to start the journey as entrepreneurs. A portion would also be invested in leadership training within my teams in our business.
