Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’ve seen too many young people I mentored move from youth programs into incarceration, and eventually into the adult system. That cycle stayed with me. I started my business to interrupt it—by creating real second chances through employment, training, and support. Everyone deserves an opportunity to grow beyond their past, and my work is driven by helping people reclaim their future.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where many of my clients start—and where they can go. Watching someone rebuild their life, gain stability, and believe in themselves again keeps me going. This work is bigger than me; it’s about changing lives and breaking cycles. Knowing I play a role in that is what drives me every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000, I would expand Stanziale Solutions to reach individuals who currently cannot access workforce services—those facing transportation, digital, or system barriers. I would invest in mobile and community-based training, strengthen employer partnerships, and build more inclusive pathways to second chance employment. This funding would allow us to meet people where they are and expand impact across all three counties.
