Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by individuals who redesign systems rather than simply succeed inside them—people who see structural problems and create new frameworks. In music, education, and entrepreneurship, I’m motivated by the idea that talent should not depend on luck, access, or gatekeepers. My work focuses on building platforms and institutions that give musicians the tools, mindset, and infrastructure to shape their own careers.

How do you stay motivated?

Curiosity and responsibility. Curiosity keeps me building—there is always a better system, a clearer idea, a smarter way to help people grow. Responsibility keeps me disciplined: once you see how broken many systems are, you can’t unsee it. The work becomes less about motivation and more about building the structures that should have existed all along.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 in scaling MusicaIQ—developing new digital courses, expanding the magazine, and building tools that help musicians develop both artistic excellence and entrepreneurial skills. The goal is to create a global platform that gives musicians practical strategies to build sustainable careers rather than relying on outdated industry structures.
