My inspiration in business comes directly from my clients. Seeing someone sit in my chair one way and leave transformed, and not just in their locd crown, but in their confidence means everything to me. Those moments remind me that my work goes beyond hair. Its about empowerment, education, and helping people embrace their natural beauty. I’m also inspired by pioneers like Madam C. J. Walker, who built businesses that uplifted communities and created opportunities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the purpose behind my work and the impact it has on my clients and community. I stay focused by setting goals, continuing to grow in my craft, and keeping my vision centered on empowerment, education, and creating new lanes of opportunity for the community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in advancing my education and growing my business. A portion would go toward enrolling in the U.S. Trichology Institute to become a certified trichologist. The remaining funds would support upgrading my salon suite, purchasing scalp analysis tools, and developing a hydration focused product line to better serve my clients and expand my impact in the community.
