Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Inspired by my grandmother's resourcefulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and courage, developing long-term solutions to everyday problems. Observing waste in the hospitality industry, has led me to want to create sustainable resources to reduce the field's daily carbon footprint. Using sustainable boutique rental items can reduce plastic waste by up to 80%. Plus mid to large size companies could save approximately $20K annually, on overhead expenses, wages + man power, and storage space.

How do you stay motivated?

A wise teacher once told me to "scare myself", changing an aspect of my schedule, can help clear the mind and may offer solutions or another perspective not expected, an example taking a different way to the store or even getting something out of ordinary not at the store. When I come back to tasks at hand, I find it jolts back the creative juices and stamina needed to prevail.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest in inventory tracking system, created barcodes to manage inventory, RF Gun would help with management and ops. Along with an Accountant, electric business card, website + social media assistance. Expand upon sustainable rentals, to add to themes and services i.e. in home tea parties. Offer opportunities for other like minded owners to network and expand sustainable service offerings. Lastly, performing maintenance on company Subaru, which is EPA ca model for extra emissions savings.
