Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the gap I see every day in mental health. Therapists are overworked and under-supported, while clients aren’t always getting the care they need. That disconnect pushed me to build something different. I’m also inspired by my team—they show up fully every day, and they deserve a system that supports them too.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation, I rely on purpose. I’m building what this field is missing: real support for both clients and therapists. If I don’t do it differently, nothing changes. This isn’t just a business, it’s a challenge to a broken system… and I’m not someone who’s okay leaving it that way.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to build a model most practices won’t—one that truly supports therapists and clients. Better training, burnout prevention, and more access to care. This isn’t just an investment in my business, it’s an investment in changing how mental health care actually works.
