Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my daughter Audrey. She taught me that true impact comes from heart, resilience, and lifting others along the way. Her legacy inspired our nonprofit initiative Audrey’s Butterfly Effect, which recognizes exceptional students and educators across our community. In business, I carry that same philosophy—building relationships, serving with purpose, and creating opportunities where kindness and leadership can make a lasting difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose and impact. Running a family business means every day brings new challenges and opportunities, but what drives me is knowing that our work goes beyond providing a service. Through Platinum Auto Glass and our community initiatives, we are able to build relationships, support local organizations, and recognize incredible students and educators. Seeing the difference those efforts make in our community keeps me inspired and motivated to continue growing both

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would expand the impact of Audrey’s Butterfly Effect, an initiative inspired by my daughter Audrey that recognizes exceptional students and special educators. The funding would support student scholarships, educator appreciation awards, and classroom resources for inclusive programs. It would also help expand outreach so more schools and families can participate, ensuring students who show resilience and determination are seen, celebrated, and supported. 🦋
