Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my mother. She was one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever known, with a creative spirit—but coming from Mississippi, she didn’t believe those dreams were possible for her. Now, I carry that vision forward. She may no longer be here physically, but she lives through everything I build. Every opportunity I create, not just for myself but for others, is a continuation of what she didn’t get the chance to fully pursue.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my reality—not just my dreams. I’ve been homeless, living out of a car for six months with my three kids, and still showed up every day determined to build something better. That experience changed me. It gave me a level of discipline and hunger that doesn’t fade. I don’t have the option to give up, because I know exactly what it feels like to have nothing—and I’ve built too much to ever go back.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve built a company over the past 7 years that now supports over 100 guards and serves the film industry at a high level—but I did it without formal business guidance. With $25,000, I would: * Strengthen my business foundation by paying down debt * Invest in mentorship and strategic guidance * Position my company for long-term growth and expansion
