Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from purpose-driven builders who create solutions that truly improve people’s lives. I’m especially inspired by entrepreneurs who use innovation to open doors for underserved communities. In my case, the Hispanic community inspires me every day—their resilience, talent, faith, and desire to build a better future. That is what drives me to create BUENO.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that BUENO is bigger than a business—it is a mission. Every day I think about the families, workers, dreamers, and leaders in our community who need better access to guidance, education, and opportunity. I also stay motivated by faith, by the vision of building something meaningful, and by taking consistent action even when the road is challenging.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to accelerate the growth of BUENO by investing in platform development, content creation, and community outreach. It would help us strengthen our AI-powered tools, create culturally relevant educational resources in Spanish and bilingual formats, and expand our ability to reach Hispanic families and entrepreneurs. This funding would move us closer to making BUENO a scalable, life-changing ecosystem.
