Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilience of people of color navigating workplaces not built for them. Hearing their stories of burnout and persistence drove me to build a platform that offers the culturally aware support they deserve. Their courage fuels my mission and my business.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the people I serve. Every message from someone who finally found a culturally aligned therapist or career coach through Melanin Mindcare reminds me why this work matters. Their progress fuels my purpose, and the impact keeps me pushing forward, even on challenging days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d allocate $25,000 to expand access and impact: • $10,000 for career support. Funding pro‑bono career coaching for professionals of color. • $10,000 for mental health support. Funding covering free therapy sessions with culturally aligned providers. • $5,000 for digital marketing to reach more communities and grow awareness of our wellness platform.
