My inspiration comes from how horses changed my life. They taught me responsibility, discipline, and honesty—values that shape everything I do. That same responsibility now drives me: horses depend on me, clients trust me, and my team looks to me for leadership. I believe in building a program that passes those lessons on and creates real, lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

If people are following, then I must lead. That responsibility keeps me motivated. I show up every day with consistency, accountability, and focus—especially when it’s hard. Quitting isn’t an option when others depend on me. I stay motivated by doing the work, solving problems, and continuing to build something better for my horses, riders, and team.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing a program that develops people through horsemanship. This includes expanding access to lessons, supporting young riders, and enhancing the experience for both horses and students. Horses teach responsibility, discipline, and resilience in a way nothing else can. This funding would allow me to impact more riders and continue building a program that shapes stronger, more capable individuals.
