Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is visionary founders who build ecosystems, not just companies—leaders who understand that culture is the true infrastructure of growth. I’m inspired by those who scale connection, collaboration, and influence into sustainable models that shift how businesses operate, lead, and create long-term value.

I stay motivated by building something bigger than a product—The Co.LLab is a movement. Our mission is to build leadership infrastructure that transforms organizational culture, and our vision is a future where people-centered companies outperform and outlast. Execution fuels me. Every system built, every layer refined, and every step toward scalability reinforces that we’re creating something designed to grow, evolve, and lead.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use $25,000 to accelerate The Co.LLab’s SaaS infrastructure built from the ground up using Google Workspace and Stripe. This includes advancing automation through Apps Script, refining membership workflows, and strengthening payment integration and data systems. Funds would support platform optimization, user experience, and scalable architecture—transforming a lean backend into a fully operational SaaS engine ready for growth and recurring revenue.
