Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the women I see every day in the beauty industry, talented, hardworking, but lacking the space and stability they deserve. I’ve had real conversations with stylists trying to figure it out with no consistency and it stuck with me. That’s what motivates me. And my daughter, she’s my biggest reason. I want her to see what it looks like to build something from nothing and not give up on it.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I know this is bigger than me. It’s not just a business, it’s something that can change how people work and earn. When things get hard, I remind myself that there are people who need what I’m building, even if it doesn’t exist yet. And I think about my daughter watching me. That alone keeps me going. I don’t quit but figure it out.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If blessed with $25,000, I would bring Crown & Suites to life the right way. Securing a location, building out high-quality salon suites and creating a space that feels professional, stable and elevated. I’d also invest in marketing to attract the right tenants and build real demand. This funding wouldn’t just open doors, it would create real opportunity for beauty professionals who are ready for more but haven’t had access yet.
