Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the athletes and artists I work with, represent, and serve every day. Watching them push limits and grow is a big part of my WHY. Beyond my studio, I draw energy from the broader community I'm part of, one I've watched launch businesses, careers, and opportunities that didn't exist before. When your community is actively creating the future of an industry, it's impossible not to be inspired!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my community and to other leaders building alongside me. I come back to the question that drives everything I've built: what would have made this easier for me? Then I go create it, or find someone to create it with. My motivation isn't just personal, it's relational. The people around me keep me going, and the gaps I once felt are the blueprint for what I build next.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to enhance the visibility and legitimacy of circus arts on a global stage, starting with sponsoring a Team USA athlete at the 2026 World Championships. I would invest in equipment and safety upgrades so more people have a path in, and more people stay. Most importantly, I would use these funds to give a community that doesn't often see itself reflected in mainstream fitness and athletics a home built for them and build a business strong enough to keep the doors open
