The inspiration comes from the intersection of artistry, intentional design, and personal purpose. As a professional makeup artist in Detroit, I was inspired by the desire to create a refined beauty experience that goes beyond traditional services. Influenced by minimalist luxury spaces and my own journey as a mother and entrepreneur, the vision is rooted in creating an environment where creativity, confidence, and community can thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my “why.” My children inspire me to keep pushing forward, even on challenging days. As a mother and entrepreneur, I want them to see what it looks like to dream big, work hard, and build something meaningful. Knowing that I’m creating opportunities, stability, and a legacy for my family keeps me focused, disciplined, and committed to growing every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into building and designing a professional beauty studio, purchasing high-quality equipment, and strengthening branding and marketing. This support would allow me to elevate the client experience, create opportunities for other beauty professionals to grow their careers, and contribute to my local community by providing a supportive, creative space for both artists and clients.
