Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from building something from nothing and showing others in the same position that it’s possible. I started with very little and learned that Authenticity, Awareness, Audacity & problem solving can turn an idea into something real. If my journey shows even one person that their circumstances don’t define their ceiling, then it’s all worth it.

How do you stay motivated?

Watching the grit, risk and persistence it takes to build a business shaped how I approach leadership. Today, my biggest motivation is the team around me. Seeing people grow, solve problems and push through challenges together keeps me driven to keep building and improving every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received $25,000, I’d donate it to organizations supporting children, especially those focused on health, safety and opportunity. Investing in kids means investing in the future, and helping provide the resources, care and stability they need to grow and thrive is something that matters most.
