Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from leaders who build businesses that create real impact in people’s lives. I’m especially inspired by entrepreneurs who combine innovation with service. As the founder of Sirach Consulting and a WSI franchise owner, I focus on helping organizations grow through technology, digital strategy, and AI adoption. My faith, community work, and leadership with the National Black MBA Association also drive me to build ventures that uplift others and create opportunities

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose. Every project I work on connects to a larger mission—helping organizations grow, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for others. Whether it’s through my digital consulting work, mentoring entrepreneurs, or leading initiatives in the nonprofit space, I remind myself that entrepreneurship is not just about profit but about impact. Progress, service, and faith keep me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds into expanding technology access and entrepreneurship education. Through my consulting work and community leadership, I see many talented individuals and small businesses that lack access to digital tools, AI training, and strategic guidance. The $25,000 would help fund programs, workshops, and resources that teach entrepreneurs how to leverage technology and digital marketing to grow sustainable businesses and create generational impact.
