Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m most inspired by Warren Buffett and Sam Walton. Buffett built around durability and predictable cash flow. Walton built around relentless customer focus. Those two principles matter. Businesses go through many lifecycles, but the ones that endure are built on predictable economics and solving the client’s problem better than anyone else.

How do you stay motivated?

I rely on discipline. Motivation is for participation-award members. Motivation doesn’t wake me up at 3:00 AM every morning. There’s nothing exciting about most of what I do. Discipline is what shows up when it’s time to work. Results come from consistency and structure, never motivation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If allocated $25,000, I would deploy it into a small-format entertainment asset engineered for hourly cash flow. A 10-room karaoke venue generates approximately $500/hour in room revenue at full utilization, with a programmed showcase layer producing $2,575–$4,150/hour. Concessions are structured at a $1.50 cost basis with a $15 selling price. Operating 18 hours daily, the model monetizes time, capacity, and spend across three concurrent revenue streams.
