Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Humanity is my inspiration. From a young age, I’ve seen people not just as individuals, but as souls—each carrying unseen wounds shaped by upbringing and education. I believe every person is a “precious masterpiece” with purpose. This drives me to mentor holistically, using a proprietary system that nurtures both mind and soul. My experience has shown that true, lasting transformation happens when emotional, educational, and spiritual support work together.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m deeply driven by the vision I’ve been entrusted to steward through Masterpiece Compass Institute. This is more than a business—it’s a calling. I come alive when building it. The greatest motivation comes from witnessing breakthrough moments—when someone gains clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of identity. Those “light bulb” moments remind me that this work creates real, lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would scale the impact of Masterpiece Compass Institute by developing online courses, training manuals, and certification programs to equip others to implement this transformative system. I would also begin development of an educational app for children ages 4–12, designed to build critical thinking and logic through an engaging, steampunk-style, choose-your-own-adventure experience—shaping identity, confidence, and decision-making early in life.
