Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by leaders who build systems that outlive them. Not just success, but scale with impact. My work is driven by the belief that vision without execution is wasted potential. I am motivated by the opportunity to help leaders turn ideas into measurable outcomes, especially in communities that have been historically overlooked. Impact, legacy, and disciplined execution are what drive me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by results and responsibility. I do not rely on feelings. I rely on structure, discipline, and clarity of purpose. I set clear targets, track progress, and adjust quickly. More importantly, I stay connected to the people my work impacts. Knowing that my execution creates opportunity, access, and growth for others keeps me focused and consistent regardless of circumstances.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it directly into scaling impact. This includes expanding leadership development programs, building systems to support more clients efficiently, and increasing access to coaching and mentorship for underserved communities. A portion would go toward infrastructure and technology to streamline delivery, and another toward outreach and partnerships to extend reach nationally and globally. The goal is sustainable, measurable impact at scale.
