Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from purpose driven leaders like Daymond John and from my own journey, overcoming many setbacks from my home country Nigeria to Houston while building Midas Football Academy. I’m inspired by the young people we serve daily. Their dreams push me to create opportunities through sports, mentorship, and leadership. For me, business isn’t just profit, it’s impact, legacy and changing lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact of my work. Every young person we guide at Midas Football Academy reminds me why I started. I’ve faced setbacks, but purpose keeps me going. I don’t chase comfort, I chase growth. Knowing that lives can change through what we build fuels my consistency, discipline, and drive to keep showing up every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding Midas Football Academy’s impact, funding scholarships for underserved youth, supporting our IWURI (Aspire) mentorship program, and providing equipment and training resources. This investment would help us reach more young people, keep them active, off the streets, and on a path toward leadership, education, and long term success.
