Who or what is your inspiration in business?

To use my voice and creativity to build a community where people can find solace, be seen and acknowledged. I do not believe in solving problems if we can recognize them as symptoms of a system that conditions us to focus on problems. When you look at a problem, all you see is the problem and feed it. Isn't that boring? I believe in creating magnets, imagine the world we want to live in, and build it.

How do you stay motivated?

By not focusing on perceived problems, but building with the energy of our collective needs as humans, empathy, love, respect. By defining success differently, with my heart as the guide I worked 10 years overseas as pm for large scale reconstruction projects (schools / clinics), 70,000 kids had a school now. 7000 people use Alinkers and change their health trajectory, saving thousands of $$ and gaining health, independence and happiness. What would you do with the $25,000?

I am also a composer motivated by the activation of the brain I saw with Alinker users, I started studying neuroscience and studied with some pioneers in the field of music that entrains the brain, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Alinker users are already using my compositions with great results (increased deep sleep etc).
