Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Creatives don’t lack good ideas.If anything,the problem is the opposite,there are too many of them,and most never make it past the idea stage. My inspiration in business comes from the people who build things,creating a concept and turning it into something tangible, even when the process is messy or uncertain.In fashion especially,there’s a lot of talk about vision and creativity,but the real challenge is execution, figuring out how to take a raw idea and making it exist in reality.

How do you stay motivated?

For me, the drive comes from the process itself. Once you start building something, you become responsible for seeing it through. Your only real options are to finish it, or don’t. At the end of the day nobody can make it happen for you but yourself. Ideas are easy to have, but turning them into something real requires consistency and a willingness to keep working even when things don’t look perfect yet.

What would you do with the $25,000?

For independent creatives, resources are often the biggest barrier between an idea and something that can actually exist at scale. The funding would go toward strengthening the foundation of the business, expanding production capacity and building the studio infrastructure needed to operate and host more creative projects. It would also allow us to invest in tools that creatives often don’t have easy access to, creating a space for stronger collaboration and greater ability to execute.
