Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business comes from my family and from the journey of building something meaningful from the ground up. When I started Aisha’s Wedding Decor, my vision was simple — to create beautiful celebrations that bring people’s dreams to life. Over the past ten years, that vision has grown into two brands, Aisha’s Wedding Decor and AWD Flowers, serving clients across the Tri-State area and expanding across the United States.

How do you stay motivated?

Entrepreneurship is not always easy, but perseverance, faith, and the support of my family continue to motivate me to grow, innovate, and elevate our work in the wedding and event design industry. My goal is to keep expanding our services, inspiring others through our journey, and building a brand that reflects dedication, creativity, and lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, my long-term vision is to move one step closer to creating a dream wedding destination by investing toward acquiring a beautiful estate or castle-style venue where couples can celebrate their most special moments. My goal is to create a place where every bride and groom can experience the wedding they have always dreamed of — a space designed with elegance, creativity, and unforgettable décor.
