Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My son is my inspiration, now 16yrs old he has seen all the struggle, the adapting and problem solving, expanding business, changing careers. God has a way of asking "how bad do you want it?" Our children do as we do not as we say, and that has pushed daily in order to help my son grow to be a strong independent genuine young man he needs, to not be told but to be shown and guided. How do you stay motivated?

I have supportive people but I didn't have a strong foundation around me of business minded people but I learned you can find that through books and podcasts, for motivation, building business, self help, relationships and faith, there is no timeline on effort but eventually it will be rewarded. Taking time for clear thinking, no phone no music just walk for 45 mins a day without distraction has helped me work through problems and brainstorming more than anything. Stay active, think clearly

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to pay off some debt that I have invested in my business, as well as investing more into the business updating my equipment for more efficiency more education and learning of tools to incorporate in my everyday activities, and hire an administration assistant to help with tasks as I grow. I'd like to one day start a men's group/podcast to support middle aged men in transition, divorce, single parenting, co parenting, dating, career change.
