My business merges fine art photography with functional surfboard design, utilizing a specialized technique that allows contemporary artwork to be fully ridable. Having been an artist for over a decade, Stoked Surfboards has allowed me to integrate my passions for photography and surfing. I have been commissioned by notable figures such as the Beach Boys, Dennis Quaid, and Miley Cyrus. I am also deeply committed to philanthropy-surfrider and other charities. How do you stay motivated?

I am constantly motivated by the "California Dreaming" lifestyle. The local landscape and community provide endless inspiration for my surfboards, and I am fortunate to work alongside such an incredible team. It is rewarding to see that surfers enjoy riding my boards and that art collectors value them as decor. I wake up every day STOKED to continue this work. What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I plan to use the funds to complete my "Mermaid" series. This project consists of photographs captured underwater in various tropical environments, utilizing surfboards as both decor and thematic elements . Additionally, a percentage of all sales from this series will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation to support the preservation of our oceans. Everyone would be STOKED!
