Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The women who came before me who didn’t get to finish what they started. I built Resonance + Radiance because I watched capable, powerful women shrink when their bodies stopped reflecting who they knew themselves to be. My inspiration is the version of every client who walks in already whole — and just needs the right conditions to remember it. Business, to me, is just a structure for that kind of restoration.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t chase motivation — I track resonance. When something feels alive, I follow it. When it goes flat, I get curious rather than forcing through. What keeps me moving is knowing that the work is real: a woman leaves my spa feeling like herself again, an organization stops hemorrhaging talent because someone finally named the pattern underneath the chaos. Those outcomes aren’t abstract. They’re why I got up this morning.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 funds the launch infrastructure for Resonance + Radiance — automated marketing, an AI-powered client care system that works 24/7, and six months of fixed operating costs. That runway gives me the protected time to develop accessible digital tools for inner reflective work — downloadable resources that extend the healing experience far beyond Calgary. The goal is a model that serves people at every income level, not just those who can afford a treatment room.
