How do you stay motivated?Life in general. People tend to complain about the lemons; I just add sugar and and drink lemonade. It’s so much life has to offer and to be sad and depressed is a choice
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest in distress properties. I process the skill set to do 90 percent of the remolding myself which would save on overhead expenses and possibly losses. Not only am I a master welder, but I’m fluent in plumbing, HVAC, and construction (my current disposition as a foreman). With patience and execution I know this would be more than lucrative whether it’s land, commercial, or residential properties.
