Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business inspiration comes from a mix of personal development philosophy, family influence, and the desire to teach financial freedom. The mindset of Jim Rohn, Robert Kiyosaki, and Napoleon Hill shaped my thinking, while my father Gilbert Ivey inspired discipline and leadership. Discovering Blockchain technology connected everything, giving me a mission to educate others so they don’t miss the greatest wealth transfer in history.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my vision of freedom, legacy, and impact. My drive comes from knowing I am helping people change their financial future through education. The teachings of Jim Rohn and Napoleon Hill, along with my family's example and life experiences, keep me focused. I am motivated by purpose, not just money, and the belief that I am called to teach what I've learned.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000 for ILCA, I would invest it in growth. Use it for marketing and ads to bring in new members, create new courses and content, upgrade the website and funnels, and host live events or bootcamps. Put some into branding, video, and media to grow the movement, and keep a small reserve for opportunities. Every dollar should help scale the brand and create long-term income, not just cover expenses.
