It comes from constantly hearing the same stories from my wife, friends, family and coworkers about Gen Z struggling with the basics of simply how to work, add value and act professionally. They’re totally missing with the unwritten rules. We’re all seeing it firsthand more often in public and customer service interactions. I know so many hardworking people that carry decades of real-world lessons. GRIT turns that lived experience into actionable guidance on how to level up.
