What is Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreMy biggest inspiration is my mother and the working people I grew up around. My mother had me at 17 and worked tirelessly to give me opportunities she never had. Watching people fight every day just to create stability showed me the power of work. In business, I’m inspired by the chance to build companies that create real opportunity, where someone’s job isn’t just a paycheck, but a path to dignity, stability, and growth.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Growing up with limited resources taught me that opportunity changes lives. Every person we place in a job is someone gaining stability, dignity, and a path forward. That responsibility keeps me focused. I treat every day like I’m still building from zero—because hunger, discipline, and purpose are what sustain long-term success.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the funds directly into expanding workforce placement and training programs through my company. The goal is simple: place more people into stable jobs. The funding would support recruitment, training partnerships, and outreach to underserved communities. When someone gains employment, it strengthens families, neighborhoods, and the local economy.
