Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am motivated to create products that make life easier and more enjoyable for those around me. My inspiration comes from the world and people around me, paying close attention to the things they need to make life work with more ease and enjoyment. I especially press into mentorship of great leaders who model hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Seeing how businesses can improve people’s daily lives encourages me to keep learning, building, and growing as an entrepreneur.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact my work can have on others. Building a business teaches me discipline, responsibility, and perseverance. Seeing my products used and appreciated by customers encourages me to keep improving. I also set goals for myself and stay focused on long-term growth, reminding myself that consistent effort over time leads to meaningful success.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my microgreens business or consider launching a new business. I would purchase additional grow racks, lighting, and climate control equipment to increase production and supply more restaurants and farmers' markets. I would also improve packaging, branding, and delivery logistics so the business can operate more efficiently and continue providing fresh, locally grown food to my community while creating job opportunities and supporting my local economy.
