Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Over decades of watching systems fail people, I now have the expertise to do something about it. The clients whose stories go untold. The parents who walked into hearings confused and alone. The individuals whose humanity got lost somewhere between the charge and the courtroom. They are who inspire me to do the best in this business.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated as an entrepreneur is knowing that the work I do actually changes things for people. When I think about why I started my business, it wasn't about building a business for the sake of it. It was about taking everything I'd learned and creating something that could reach people differently. Something that was mine, built on purpose, and designed around the belief that every person deserves to be seen past their circumstances.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would create a fund for those in need of services but cannot afford an adovcate/consultant to work with them on their behalf.
