Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by people who are still in the middle of their transformation. Many women have powerful stories but have not yet realized that the adversity they experienced can become the foundation of their strength and leadership. Seeing women rediscover their voice and rebuild their confidence inspires my work. At times I also welcome men into that journey through select cohorts, because transformation and self-awareness benefit everyone.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that someone out there is still searching for a way forward. My own journey taught me that adversity does not have to define us. When people begin to see their experiences differently and start rebuilding their lives with purpose, it reminds me why this work matters. Watching that shift happen in someone’s life is one of the most powerful things I have ever witnessed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand Build Align Manifest into a larger learning community helping women shift from survival to aligned leadership. Funds would scale programs on emotional healing and nervous system awareness online courses, workshops, free resources for underserved groups, build educational tools and community, and support separate select small cohorts for aligned men. Remaining funds would go to professional growth, marketing, operations, or trauma recovery causes, creating lasting positive impact.
