Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children inspire everything I build. They remind me that success isn’t just about revenue,it’s about legacy. I’m also inspired by visionary entrepreneurs who use business as a tool for change. Through Mogul Behaviour and my nonprofit, Pillars of Prosperity, I’m committed to helping brands, creatives, and communities own their stories, create opportunity, and build generational impact.

How do you stay motivated?

Purpose keeps me motivated. I believe the creativity I’ve been given is a gift, and I’m committed to using it fully. Whether I’m building brands, producing films, or creating opportunities for others, I see my work as a way to uplift people and help them own their stories. Knowing that creativity can open doors and change lives keeps me focused and inspired.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the funds to give entrepreneurs and young creatives the tools to succeed—branding workshops, mentorship, and resources to grow their businesses. A portion would support nonprofit storytelling projects, amplifying underrepresented voices and giving them a platform to share their work, build confidence, and create opportunities.
