How do you stay motivated?I read, workout, travel, and invest. I’m big of generational wealth and real estate. As I get closer to 40 I just want to settle down and let my business take off so I can quit my much appreciated 9-5.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would reinvest 10K to perfect my craft and set the remainder 15 to my daughters school fund.
