Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the example I saw growing up: military discipline from my father, resilience and heart from my mother, and a servant mindset from my grandmother. They taught me that true entrepreneurship is not just about making money, but about creating impact, serving overlooked families, and building a legacy that outlives me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the vision God gave me: to build a legacy, serve families, and create opportunities for people who feel overlooked. My family drives me, my purpose fuels me, and every setback reminds me that I’m not just building for myself. I’m building for the people I love, the communities I serve, and the impact I know I’m called to make.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to scale The Noble Nation in three ways: $10,000 to recruit, license, and train new agents from overlooked communities; $7,500 to create high-impact content that makes life insurance and legacy planning relatable to millennials and Gen Z; and $7,500 for outreach events and systems that help more families protect what they’ve built. It wouldn’t just grow my business, it would multiply my impact.
