He’s shown me that if you want something to succeed, you have to be consistent, responsible, and put in the effort—even when it’s not easy. I try to follow that example in my own work, and it’s what pushes me to keep improving and growing.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated because I want to build something that lasts for my family. I want my last name to stand for hard work, responsibility, and success. I’m not just thinking about right now—I’m thinking about the future and the kind of opportunities I can create for my kids one day. That’s what pushes me to keep working, improving, and taking what I do seriously.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win $25,000, I would reinvest it into my business to help it grow. I would purchase a new mower since I need a reliable upgrade, invest in advertising to bring in more customers, and buy a dump trailer so I can take on bigger jobs and expand my services.
