Business, when designed thoughtfully, creates leverage and consistency. As artificial intelligence began reshaping what was possible, I felt compelled to turn early ideas into real-world automation. Instead of relying on emotion or hierarchy, automation allows outcomes to be guided by clear rules and disciplined processes. That philosophy became the foundation of our business — Jenacie.

How do you stay motivated?

Systems. I don’t rely on motivation anymore. Motivation comes and goes. Systems endure. I design environments where the right action is the default. Clear rules, clear expectations, consistency over improvisation. Short-term decisions happen under emotion. Long-term decisions happen in calm. My role is to protect calm at the system level — in product design, culture, and execution.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d treat it like time. Companies rarely die from lack of ideas. They die because they run out of oxygen. Our business is built around one idea: Decisions should be designed before pressure arrives. So I’d look for the single bottleneck slowing the system down — engineering or distribution. Then the money goes there. Not everywhere. One place. Same clarity. Cleaner landing.
