Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My students are my greatest inspiration. After working in flight schools, I saw too many students, especially those far from home, struggling without support. Being called “Flight Training Mom” isn’t just a nickname; it’s my purpose. Watching students grow, succeed, and feel safe in a demanding industry drives me to build the support system that aviation has been missing.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact I see in my students every day. Watching them grow, gain confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach reminds me of why I started. Knowing I’m helping students, especially those far from home, feel supported and succeed in aviation keeps me focused, driven, and committed to building something bigger than myself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to directly support my students by offering scholarships to those who may not otherwise have access to flight training. I would also invest in marketing to reach more students in need and begin developing a small study center to provide a safe, structured environment for learning, mentorship, and long-term success in aviation.
