Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by the grit of entrepreneurs. It takes immense sacrifice, responsibility, and determination to grow a business from an idea into a reality, and I have deep respect for that effort. I am also moved by anyone who brings a diverse perspective to the table. To me, those unique viewpoints are an opportunity for all of us to learn and grow. I look up to those who stay true to themselves while navigating the high-stakes pressure of building something meaningful.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from the "aha" moment when a leader sees a clear path through their own overwhelm. I thrive on identifying the patterns that allow us to simplify and strategize together. As an AuDHD entrepreneur, I stay driven by doing work that has real meaning and provides deep clarity. Helping a client move from a state of cognitive overload to a place of self-trust is what keeps me moving at a high velocity. I love proving that complexity can be made usable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in systems that handle my manual, administrative tasks, which would free up my bandwidth for deep strategic work. By automating the "busy work" that drains my energy, I can focus entirely on helping leaders define their businesses on their own terms. This efficiency would also allow me to give back: I want to be able to dedicate strategic support to small businesses and budding entrepreneurs who need help building a structure that actually fits who they are.
