Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is bringing people a little love and health in every bite, the kind of nourishing, homemade food our mothers and grandmothers once made. With today's busy lifestyles leaving little time to cook wholesome meals, this venture exists as a nutritional and gastronomic solution that makes eating well simple, joyful, and accessible for every member of the family.

How do you stay motivated?

My greatest motivation is being reunited with my daughter and family around a good meal. Beyond that, my life's mission is knowing this project creates real social impact, providing healthy, nourishing food for children, mothers, the ill, and seniors. In a market increasingly dominated by unhealthy and GMO products, bringing health and well-being to people is my way of sharing a lifelong passion, using my talents, and giving back to the community

What would you do with the $25,000?

This grant will serve as seed capital to leverage a larger bank loan to launch a fully automated frozen food line. Based on our P&L projections, we expect 95% of profit realization in year one. Having run a successful B2C retail business, we are scaling to a B2B model in New York, targeting grocery chains, clinics, hospitals, and daycares. Our phase two mission is to open an NGO to combat childhood hunger.
