Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my passion for serving others and my lived experiences supporting individuals with disabilities. As a parent of a deaf child, I understand the importance of inclusive, compassionate care. I’m driven to create services that truly support families, fill gaps in the system, and provide relief, dignity, and opportunity. My goal is to build a business that not only succeeds, but makes a lasting impact in my community.

How do you stay motivated?

stay motivated by remembering my purpose and the people I serve. Seeing families gain relief and individuals receive the care they deserve keeps me driven. My personal experiences, including raising a deaf child, fuel my commitment to build inclusive services. I also stay focused by setting clear goals and reminding myself that my work creates real impact, not just for today, but for the future of my community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would open a safe, welcoming warming center in my community to support individuals experiencing homelessness during extreme weather. Funds would go toward securing a space, cots, blankets, food, and basic hygiene supplies. I would also provide access to case management, resources, and referrals to help individuals transition to stable housing. My goal is to create a space that offers not just warmth, but dignity, safety, and a pathway forward.
