Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration stems from the power of resilience. After losing my father in 2002, I founded my first company at a young age to support my family. That experience taught me that business isn't just about profit—it's about creating solutions and opportunities in the face of adversity. Today, I am inspired by the vibrant community of immigrant entrepreneurs who, like myself, have crossed borders to build their dreams from the ground up with nothing but passion and a plan.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the constant evolution of digital storytelling and personal growth. As a content creator, I thrive on mastering new tools—like CapCut—to help others find their voice. Knowing that my marketing strategies can transform a small business into a local leader keeps me driven. I believe that a reprogrammed, positive mindset is the ultimate engine for success, and I start every day with the goal of being 1% better than I was yesterday.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest these funds to scale EstrategiK Marketing, specifically by upgrading our production technology to better serve our diverse clients. Additionally, I want to launch a digital academy dedicated to teaching marketing and video editing skills to aspiring Hispanic entrepreneurs. My goal is to bridge the gap between creative talent and business success, providing the tools and mentorship they need to thrive in the competitive U.S. market.
