Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the power of entrepreneurship to change lives—both for clients and for the people who work beside me. I believe businesses can create belonging, opportunity, and confidence. My goal with Pangaea Salon is to build a community where artists thrive, clients feel truly seen, and everyone leaves a little more empowered.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Building Pangaea Salon was never just about hair—it’s about creating a place where people feel seen, confident, and inspired. I love motivating both my clients and my team to think bigger, set better goals, and believe in themselves. Through programs like HPSA and daily leadership in the salon, I’m constantly growing while helping others grow too.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would reinvest it into growing Pangaea Salon as a hub for education, opportunity, and community. I would upgrade equipment and invest in marketing to reach more people looking for an inclusive salon experience. I would also create a program to bring in students fresh out of cosmetology school, paying them hourly while mentoring and educating them so they can grow into confident, successful stylists.
