Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the belief that opportunity can change lives. My experience in law enforcement showed me how many people simply need a chance to build something better. That perspective drives my entrepreneurship. I’m inspired to build businesses that create stability, meaningful jobs, and opportunities for others to succeed while strengthening the communities we live in.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My journey has required resilience, discipline, and the ability to keep going even when things are difficult. My background in law enforcement taught me perseverance, and entrepreneurship strengthened it. I stay focused on the bigger mission: building businesses that create opportunity, stability, and a better future for my family and community.

Winning $25,000 would be invested directly into expanding my businesses by strengthening operations, purchasing equipment, and increasing marketing to secure larger contracts. This funding would accelerate growth, create job opportunities, and allow me to scale services that support businesses and communities. It would turn momentum into sustainable growth and long-term impact.
