Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from lived experience and witnessing how lack of stable housing impacts individuals and families. Being raised by a U.S. Army veteran and overcoming personal hardship shaped my commitment to building real solutions. I am driven by the need to create safe, structured, and accessible housing that restores dignity, stability, and opportunity for those often overlooked.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact of the work itself. Knowing that what I build directly creates stability for others keeps me disciplined and focused. I set clear goals, operate with structure, and constantly remind myself that this is bigger than me. Every challenge is part of building something meaningful that can change lives and communities long-term.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to secure and furnish an additional shared living property, covering deposits, essential furnishings, and operational setup. This would allow me to immediately increase housing capacity, reduce placement wait times, and serve more individuals in need of stable, structured living. The funds would directly translate into measurable impact and scalable growth.
