Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration starts with God, my family, and mentors who built wealth through scalable systems. Barbering is a billion-dollar industry, but many barbers never learn the business side. As a barber and instructor, I see that gap firsthand. That drives me to build systems through The BeVel that help barbers grow, create ownership opportunities, and build generational wealth for their families.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because there is no Plan B. I believe God gave me this vision for a reason, and with it the ability to execute it. Every day is another chance to build something bigger than myself. I’m driven to lead by example for my family and for the barbers coming behind me. If The BeVel succeeds, it creates real opportunity for others in the industry.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funding to hire the right team so I can focus on scaling The BeVel. Building strong operational support allows me to finalize the systems needed to grow beyond one shop. My vision is to create a model that develops barbers into leaders and future owners. By scaling the brand, we create more opportunities for barbers to build sustainable income and generational wealth in this industry.
