I’m inspired by purpose-driven entrepreneurs who turn lived experiences into meaningful businesses that uplift their communities. Watching founders take an idea rooted in passion or necessity and transform it into something that creates opportunity, connection, and impact motivates me deeply. Their courage to build, pivot, and keep going—while staying aligned with their values—is what continues to fuel my work as a strategist and advisor.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to purpose. When I see entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their businesses, it reminds me why this work matters. I also make space for reflection, creativity, and community—whether that’s journaling, time in nature, or meaningful conversations with other builders. Those moments help me reset, stay grounded, and continue showing up with intention.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest these funds in expanding accessible business development resources for BIPOC entrepreneurs—hosting workshops in BIPOC-owned spaces, strengthening programming, and creating practical tools (launch our app at no cost to business owners) that help them gain clarity, build sustainable systems, and access new opportunities. The goal is to remove barriers to trusted guidance and create more spaces where purpose-driven businesses can grow, collaborate, and generate community impact
